Multitouch panel

Description

This is the biggest PCB we've ever made, measuring 707x402mm! It replaces the backlight of a standard 32" LCD display to enable it to become a multi touch panel. It uses a concept named "Frustrated Total Internal Reflection" and it can sense as many concurrent touches as the software allows. It has 700 infrared sensors and 630 backlight LED's. It is used in video poker tables.
