Prototyping

Building prototypes is an integral part of what we do. Prototypes allow us to test the electronics and proof the concept of the design.

Electronic assembly

We build most prototypes inhouse from populating boards to mechanical assembly. This allows us to cut down on lead times and to offer a very fast service.

Pick and Place

We also own a pick and place machine that allows us to assemble boards for small production runs and pilot projects. We can normally turn around assembly of small runs within a week or two, depending on the complexity of the project.

3D Printing

BrainSystems owns their own 3D printer allowing us to provide a very quick turnaround mechanical prototyping service. We often use this printer to make a housing or a front panel for our electronics. The use of our 3D printer has saved our clients 1000's of dollars in cost otherwise incurred using more traditional methods of manufacturing.
